How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email info@aeglasses.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved returns and exchanges are free of charge.

Refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, email info@aeglasses.com with your order number. After 24 hours, an order may already be processing or in transit and may need to be handled as a return.
